Vancouver Scavenger Hunt - September 24
Join us for a unique scavenger hunt in and around Vancouver’s downtown area on September 24, 2016. You’ll be looking, travelling, and hunting in the downtown area, challenging your local knowledge, puzzle-solving skills, and teamwork as you’ll be hunting with a friend. The scavenger hunt is fun, different, and exciting event that bring your team out of your comfort zones, and at the same time, learn new things about Vancouver! This event is perfect for those who are new to Vancouver as you do not need to be a long time resident to participate.
WHEN: Saturday 24, 2016. The event is from 10AM- 1:30PM.
WHAT TO BRING/WEAR: Refillable water bottle, and lunch or snacks. Please dress appropriately with easy to move in active clothing. Please wear runners or comfortable walking shoes. Be mindful of the weather and bring the appropriate gear as we will be doing the event rain or shine. Gear can include: a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen if it is sunny, or a rain jacket and/or umbrella if it is rainy.
DEADLINE: Please register for this event by September 22, 2016.
COST: Free!
HOW TO GET THERE: This start of the scavenger hunt will be at David Lam park. It can be accessed by transit or by driving.
For transit, make your way to skytrain to the Yaletown-Roundhouse stn, and as you exit on to Davie st., turn left towards Pacific Blvd. From there, turn right and David Lam park is about a block away. If you driving, please make sure to arrive early in order to park your car.
We will be meeting and starting registration at 9:30AM.
