Swing Dance Class - April 6, 2018
Join us as we go for an intro swing dancing lesson with Royal City Swing in New Westminister. This one hour beginner lesson with teach you a few basic steps of swing. After the lesson is the weekly swing social dance with a live band where you can stay to practice your new moves and check out what some of the other people are doing. This is a fun social atmosphere that encourages you to try no matter your skill level. Remember if you make a mistake, laugh it off, find the beat, and try again.
WHEN: Friday April 6, 2018. The event is from 7:30PM- 9:30PM.
WHAT TO BRING/WEAR: Wear casual clothing that is easy to move in, jeans are allowed on this event. Wear comfortable shoes that don't have really grippy bottoms (like Keds or Toms) and bring a water bottle. It sometimes gets warm in the dance hall, so plan layers if you get warm.
DEADLINE: Please register for this event by April 2, 2018.

Non- Students: $10
HOW TO GET THERE: You can get there by transit or driving. For transit, the closest bus is #99 Commercial- Broadway Station/ UBC Express or the #9 Commercial- Broadway Station/ UBC. You can catch this bus from Commercial Broadway Station from the Expo and Millennium Skytrain line or the Broadway- City Hall Canada Line Station.
If you are driving there is a on street parking near the dance hall. It may be paid parking.
