Ski/Snowboard Lessons - February 17, 2018
Join us for our ski and snowboarding trip on Mt. Seymour. Get a lesson in skiing or snowboarding, and then enjoy some free time testing your skills on the hill.
WHEN: February 17, 2018. This event is from 10:30AM - 2:30PM (plus travel time to and from the mountain).
WHAT TO BRING/WEAR: Make sure to eat before, but bring some food, snacks, and a refillable water bottle for after the event.
You will be most comfortable if you dress in layers that can be removed or added as necessary due to varying weather conditions throughout the day. Below is a standard list of items Mt. Seymour recommends people to wear for a lesson:- Gloves or Mittens
- Warm Fleece or Sweater
- Goggles or Sunglasses
- Waterproof Winter Jacket with Hood
- Waterproof Snow Pants
- Long Johns or Warm Tights
- Long Sleeved Turtleneck/Shirt
- Warm Socks
- Helmet
DEADLINE: Register by February 12, 2018.
COST:
KPU Students - $50
Non-KPU Students - $110
As per Mt. Seymour policies, there will only be five people per group and instructor; therefore, 5 groups of 5 and one instructor per group. You will be grouped by the type of activity you picked: either skiing or snowboarding. We will keep you up to date which groups are still available!

* If there is low registration for events, Active KSA reserves the right to cancel an event with short notice. Watch for email updates about the event in the week before the event.
**Active KSA reserves the right to refuse participants in future outings if participants sign-up for an outing and no show. Spaces are limited.
