Mixed Martial Arts Night! - March 17, 2017
Join us for an introductory mixed martial arts lesson where you'll be exposed to basic boxing, kickboxing, muay thai, and brazilian jiu-jitsu techniques.
WHEN: Friday, March 17, 2017. This event is from 8PM to 9:30PM.
WHAT TO BRING/WEAR: Bring a refillable water bottle. Please wear loose clothing you are able to move in. Avoid constrictive clothing.

HOW TO GET THERE:
From KPU Richmond, Take the 430, c98, or 405 to the city centre, go to bay 4 to take the 401 Garden City and get off at Garden City and Blundell rd. The Tong Moo Do school is on the second floor near (behind) the Little Caesar's pizza shop.
From Richmond Brighouse stn., go to bay 4 to take the 401 Garden City and get off at Garden City and Blundell rd. The Tong Moo Do school is on the second floor near the Little Caesar's pizza shop.
