Buntzen Lake Hike - July 07, 2018
Come and join us for an easy hike to Buntzen Lake in Anmore. There will be many great photo spots along the way! The trail that loops around the lake is one of the most popular in the park as it passes through scenic forests, offers several views of the lake, crosses a suspension bridge, and passes the quieter beach at the north end.
WHEN: Saturday, July 7, 2018. 11:00AM - 2:00PM.
WHAT TO BRING/WEAR: Active clothing is recommended, but not required. Where shoes/boots that are easy to walk in but can handle mud or puddles. A snack and extra water is highly recommended .
Bring your camera for some great photos.
DEADLINE: Please register for this event by July 2nd, 8:00am
HOW TO GET THERE:
Starting from Coquitlam Central stn. Bay 7, take the 179 Buntzen Lake Special * to the Buntzen lake parking lot stop.
We will take the 179 CoCe stn Special at the same spot to go back to Coquitlam Central.
If you are driving, park at your own risk. There is parking at the entrance to Buntzen Lake. The parking lot can get really full and they do close the gate if it is full. There is very limited parking nearby if the lot is full.
